1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Gyld ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
3. Subscriptions and Billing
3.1 Subscription Plans
Gyld offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans and pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
3.2 Payment and Auto-Renewal
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually). All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next payment date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan on each renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.
3.3 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to our free plan (if available) or deactivated. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before the next auto-payment date.
3.4 Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for subscription fees already charged, including charges resulting from auto-renewal. If you do not cancel your subscription before the next auto-payment date, the payment is non-refundable. It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Refunds may be considered only in the following unusual circumstances, at our sole discretion:
- Extended service outages not caused by factors outside our control
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Documented inability to use the service due to technical issues on our end
To request a refund for unusual circumstances, please contact our support team with detailed information about your situation. All refund decisions are final and at our sole discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gyld and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gyld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
